SHIPPING/SALES POLICY
All items sold by The Lace Front Wig Connection are subject to the following terms and conditions:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no exceptions to this policy. If you were shipped the wrong item, you may return the item for a full refund or for exchange.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. DO NOT SEND UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. We assume no responsibility for unauthorized returns or items sent to the incorrect address. We will gladly exchange, fix, or issue a full refund for any item shipped in error or not as ordered.
FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: Your order will normally be shipped via UPS, USPS, Federal Express, or DHL (insured and signature required) to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are normally sent to your email address as soon as we receive them. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your UPS/Fedex/DHL tracking number to track your package in transit.
Incomplete or incorrect address information are the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. UPS and FedEx/DHL charges a service fee for address corrections. You will be charged for any additional fees caused by bad address information. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. MISTAKES AND DELAYS: Mistakes and delays sometimes occur and we will do our best to correct them. UPS or FedEx/DHL occasionally misplace a package or shipments are delayed (due to weather, Customs, and other factors). If we make a mistake, we will do our best to fix it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we'll re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping.
You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 48 hrs. after receipt of your shipment. We are not responsible for any missed appointments caused by shipment delays or shipping mistakes. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We do not pay custom fees when orders are sent from the United States. Orders going to Foreign destination will also need to clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary by country. It is the International customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment. We are not responsible for delay while in transit, as this is beyond our control.
