We understand that you may not always have the amount needed to purchase a full lace hair unit. We want to help. The Lace Front Wig Connection offers a payment plan to customers who wish to purchase a lace wig. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit is to get your wig started into production and the balance is due upon completion. Please note that if you cancel your custom order or do not pay the balance within 30 calendars days of the balance request, you will rish the forfeiture your deposit. Additionally, your deposit will not be returned and cannot be used towards an in-store purchase. All balances will requested through the email address you provide when you place your order, so please make sure you provide the correct email address. Additionally, check to make sure your email does not go into your junk mail in-box. We will not be held responsible for any unread emails and will get confirmation of all emails sent that have been opened and read. All final payments will be required to be made on time unless you have contacted us within an appropriate time frame to discuss the matter. Once we finalize your order and receive all payments, we will contact you when your order is complete and ready to ship.
